Bioethics is considered to be an academic discipline that is conducted by Professors and Academics and Scientists that work out of universities, Institutes and foundations. Bioethics is the study of controversial ethics brought about by advances in biology and medicine. Bio ethicists are concerned with the ethical questions that arise in the relationships among life sciences, biotechnology, medicine, politics, law, and philosophy.

The proponents of bioethics consider and forge towards the goal that they hold the keys to the moral will of society. Their ultimate aim is to sit in the seat of God deciding who should live and in what state they should live.

Where once morality belonged only to God, the shift is being made to a professional approach to morality. An approach that involves Academics, Scientists, Professors and Economists that are qualified to make life and death decisions for all humanity.

Where once in a Judeo - Christian culture, morality was defined in the 10 commandments as given by the true God Yahweh. And specifically concerning life the commandment that states 'Thou shalt not kill.' And further the biblical truth that all men are created equal that is embedded in Western cultures Constitutions and Common Law.

That all men are of equal value is the core of the Gospel, that the Messiah died for all men, in order that they may choose their life destiny. This is the great truth of all ages, that regardless of colour, race, language or religious belief you have the ability to choose a different course of action.

The power of the will in the mind of man is critical in mans destiny, understanding that by choosing a certain direction you can change your life, you can make a difference to someone else's life. But particularly to salvation the power of choice is central to unlocking the mind to investigate, research and discover the truth in all its forms. Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.

However, today the question of life and who has power over the life of the human being is being subtly transferred to the Social Planners of the New World Order, and is gaining acceptance via the use of the Scientific, Medical, Judicial and Governmental bodies.

Bioethics has been steadily developing over recent centuries but more recently grew out of covert practices carried out in Nazi Germany, Russia and even today in China upon their resident populations. It involves the experimentation of science with human beings. These experiments are wide and varied.

From Sterilization to abortion, Infanticide (killing born babies), mass medication of certain groups of people, DNA and genetic manipulation, the joining of humanity with animals (the formation of Chimeras), human and animal cloning, Assisted suicide, Genetic Engineering of humanity, Psychosurgery, Sex reassignment therapy, three parent babies, Transexuality, high risk experimentation with the mentally ill, and finally the big daddy of them all - POPULATION CONTROL.

The beginnings of this movement can be traced back to the Eugenics movement with Francis Galton and Charles Darwin in the early to mid nineteenth century and to today is propagated openly as a eugenics forum. Eugenics being the act of population reduction through the elimination of certain types of people, and crypto eugenics being born today as Bioethics, as a 'soft kill' of the population through the introduction of substances and conditions to bring this about.

Bioethics concerns itself with the ethical questions raised by advancing knowledge and technological sophistication in biology, medicine, and the life sciences. Although the term 'ethics' needs to be disconnected with 'Bioethics' as stated by their own proponents the 'Bioethics' does not care about true ethics. All of the activities outlined previously are not considered ethical by Bioethics, they are considered part of the course - normal.

While some of these activities and desires seem outrageous and almost impossible to the common man they have been practiced by the Bio ethical community for at least the last 40 years, mostly covertly away from the populations view.

It begins with the concept of sterilization and behaviour modification of a human being, which seems was the primary aim to begin with. This sterilization and behaviour modification experimentation was carried out through the use of Sodium Fluoride in water supplies, in Russia and Germany, additives in vaccines, electronic and X-ray applications and direct application of chemicals to the body.

While sterilization and behaviour modification was the beginning of the bioethics movement it has morphed today into the genetic manipulation of the humanity as a whole proposing a wonderful nirvana society if only the Academics, Professors and Scientists are able to carry out their research unhindered by and Governmental oversight.

Their philosophy is to place more controls on the common man, more limitations, more allocation, more taxes fines and levies, control of procreation, control of location etc, and by so doing limit the human beings ability to choose his destiny.

Yet at the same time they lobby for no controls over their 'Professional' activities, which are always pitched as being in the interest of the greater good of Mother Earth. You will notice that I did not say the greater good of humanity but the greater good of Mother Earth. This is because to a Bio ethicist, humanity is of no greater value than any other part of life, and it follows of course that all those that accept the Green Agenda are also comfortable with the Bioethics Agenda - population reduction.

This genetic manipulation extends from lifestyle designer babies (babies that have the characteristics that the parents want) to self destroying gene technology ending life at a certain stage or via a certain trigger gene introduced via vaccines or GM insects or viruses, ultimately to life extension technology.

"Starting in the '60's, important conferences took place which provided much of the materials, subject matter and debates later conceptualised in contemporary bioethics. The shift in theorists and in interests was dramatic. Of particular concern at these conferences were issues such as population control, eugenics, artificial reproduction, thought control, sterilization, cloning, artificial insemination, and sperm banks.

For example, the conference, "Great Issues of Conscience in Modern Medicine", held at Dartmouth College in 1960, hosted distinguished medical scientists "to examine the issues of conscience in medical and scientific progress ... not simply the question of the survival or the extinction of man, but what kind of survival? a future of what nature?"

The conference was chaired by Rene Dubos, a scientist at Rockefeller Institute who had just published a popular book entitled, Mirage of Health: Utopias, Progress and Biological Change.22 [Dubos was to become an original member of the yet-to-be-organized Hastings Centre bioethics think-tank.]...

The "savants" who participated included several Nobel Prize winners, and such distinguished scientists as: Sir George Pickering, (Oxford University), Brock Chisholm, (WHO), Wilder Penfield, father of neurosurgery, Walsh McDermott, M.D., Hermann J. Muller, (Nobelist in physiology and medicine for his work in genetic effects of radiation), and George Kistiakowsky, (Assistant to President Eisenhower for Science and Technology). C.P. Snow and Aldous Huxley represented the humanities.

Issues at this conference included: the effects of ionizing radiation; the pollution of water and air; chemical adulteration of food; and, the "conquest of infectious disease" and its converse problem of over-population.

As Jonsen notes, "The claim that medical advances had contributed to the population explosion and to the pollution of the gene pool became a common theme of the conferences during the 1960s."24 Genetics and eugenics loomed very large. Soon-to-be common themes of later secular bioethics debates emerged. It is worth quoting Jonsen directly:

Rene Dubos called "prolongation of the life of aged and ailing persons" and the saving of lives of children with genetic defects "the most difficult problem of medical ethics we are likely to encounter within the next decade ... To what extent can we afford to prolong biological life in individuals who cannot derive either profit or pleasure from existence, and whose survival creates painful burdens for the community? ... It will be for society to redefine these ethics, if the problem becomes one that society is no longer willing or able to carry."

Geneticists worried that the gene pool was becoming polluted because the early death of persons with certain genetic conditions was now preventable; in addition to antibiotics, insulin for diabetes and diet for phenelkytonuria were frequently mentioned. A unique solution was offered by Nobelist Hermann J. Muller, who promoted his concept of a bank of healthy sperm, together with the "new techniques of reproduction" to prevent the otherwise inevitable degeneration of the race."

Of note too was the attitude of elitism exuded on all sides in the face of such complex dilemmas. Dubos explained: "We are not assembled here to solve problems. Our purpose is to air problems ... to state our problems as clearly and thoughtfully as we can, so that they can be better analyzed by the scientific community and so that the community at large -- lay people -- can struggle under our guidance to form its own opinions ... ."

As Sir Charles Snow concluded, the way to deal with such problems is by foresight and intelligence and, above all, by scientists telling the truth. But "it is not enough for scientists to make statements of the greatest possible truth; [scientists] must have the courage to carry those statements through because they alone know enough to be able to impress their authority upon a world which is anxious to hear." And as Jonsen notes, "The public was only rarely invited to partake in resolving these great problems. ...for the most part, the public is seen as an audience, waiting for scientists to bring solutions to the problems they have created."

Similar themes and speakers were repeated at the conference, "Man and His Future", sponsored by the Ciba Foundation in London in 1962. Among the speakers and illuminaries were: Dr. Brock Chisholm, Dr. Hermann Muller, Aldous Huxley and his scientific brother Julian Huxley, Joshua Lederberg, J.B.S. Haldane, Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Francis Crick, Jacob Bronowski, and Peter Medawar. Themes also included agricultural productivity, world resources, environmental degradation, genetics and brain science. Of special note were the similar concerns with evolution, eugenics and population control:

Sir Julian Huxley opened the conference with a wide-ranging lecture entitled, "The Future of Man -- Evolutionary Aspects." He painted a picture of evolution that for the first time had become conscious of itself in human kind and thus was responsible for its population, economics, education, and above all, for the exploration of "inner space -- the realm of our own minds and the psycho metabolic processes at work in it."

The problems of overpopulation and the dysgenic effects of progress had to be overcome to assure the realization of human fulfilment: "Eventually, the prospect of radical eugenic improvement could become one of the mainsprings of man's evolutionary advance." Man was, he triumphantly proclaimed, "the trustee ... of advance in the cosmic process of evolution.

Scientists took sides for and against programs of eugenics and thought control. J.B.S. Haldane described a vision of his own "utopia", imagining the biological possibilities in the next ten thousand years. His "utopia" included broad control of physiological and psychological processes, achieved largely by pharmacological and genetic techniques, including cloning and deliberate provocation of mutations, to suit the human product for special purposes in the world of the future.28 "

Who is behind bioethics?

There some interesting names appearing as being prominent in this Bioethics movement. Names such: as Julian Huxley, Aldous Huxley, Bill Gates, Rockefeller, Snow and others. We look at just a couple of these.

Aldous Huxley wrote the book Brave New World, a 1932 dystopian novel about a future scientific dictatorship that seeks to drug, genetically manipulate, and medically induce humanity into complete slavish subservience.

Sir Julian Huxley: In 1959 he received a Special Award of the Lasker Foundation in the category Planned Parenthood – World Population. Huxley was a prominent member of the British Eugenics Society and its president from 1959–1962.

Huxley was one of many intellectuals at the time who believed that the lowest class in society was genetically inferior. This passage, from 1941, puts the view forcefully:

"The lowest strata are reproducing too fast. Therefore... they must not have too easy access to relief or hospital treatment lest the removal of the last check on natural selection should make it too easy for children to be produced or to survive; long unemployment should be a ground for sterilisation."[71]

Jurriaan Maessen and other researchers have documented how the Rockefeller Foundation has pioneered “anti-fertility vaccines” and worked with the UN Population Fund, World Bank and World Health Organization to reduce world population. “Just four years after the Rockefeller Foundation launched massive funding-operations into anti-fertility vaccines, the Task Force was created under auspices of the World Health Organization, World Bank and UN Population Fund,” writes Maessen.

The Carnegie Institution established a laboratory complex at Cold Spring Harbour on Long Island in 1904 that stockpiled millions of index cards on ordinary Americans, as researchers carefully plotted the removal of families, bloodlines and whole peoples. “From Cold Spring Harbour, eugenics advocates agitated in the legislatures of America, as well as the nation’s social service agencies and associations,” Edwin Black wrote for the San Francisco Chronicle in 2003.

In the United States, key eugenic organizations funded by the Rockefeller, Harriman and Carnegie families included the American Eugenics Society, and its sister organization, the American Society of Human Genetics established in 1947, the above mentioned Cold Springs Harbor Experimental Station for the Study of Evolution, the Eugenic Record Office, and the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research.

The formation of a Technocracy.

Some of the interesting statements in the 'Life Issues' paper (under works cited) are:

1) "To what extent can we afford to prolong biological life in individuals who cannot derive either profit or pleasure from existence, and whose survival creates painful burdens for the community?"
This concept of life being a burden for society is a recurring theme, that basically turns a human being into a commodity - a dollar value. In other words if you cannot afford the appropriate health care via a c certain therapy you should die and relieve humanity from the burden of caring for you. This is the basis of a Technocracy, that every quantity of life, energy (electricity, gas, fuel, diesel even a human being) has a dollar value and must be allocated by the Technocracy, the operative word being 'allocated.' This is the future of Government funded Medicare, that the state through your taxes will decide what 'health care' you receive, if you receive any at all.

2) "The public was only rarely invited to partake in resolving these great problems. ...for the most part, the public is seen as an audience, waiting for scientists to bring solutions to the problems they have created."
Notice that the public are not involved in the decision making about any Bio ethic questions, including who will live or die. The public are trained to wait for the decisions of the scientists. This is the embryo of the Technocracy that can be seen here evolving in the sixties to the point today where the drugging of whole populations is being propagated as the future we must have.

3) Also: "... not simply the question of the survival or the extinction of man, but what kind of survival? a future of what nature?" Throughout the theme continues to appear about what kind of species will be alive after a apocalyptic event a future of 'what nature.? Enter the experimentation of joining man with beast, the development of the Chimera. Is this the world you want for the future? A world where the population is made up of inventions of Science? Pick the worst Science fiction movie and you have it, this is the future if the Technocrats have their way.

The method of making a Technocracy acceptable.

Institutes were developed which were designed to work within the universities and propagate the aims of Bio ethicists. Centres such as, the Hastings Centre, the Kennedy Institute of Ethics, the Society of Health and Human Values? These institutes are funded by well known foundations, such as: The Rockefeller Foundation, the Ford Foundation, the Kennedy Foundation, the Carnegie Foundation and others.

These Institutes were founded and propagated by prominent eugenics proponents, who worked to develop these institutions and incorporate them into mainstream medicine. By incorporating them into the mainstream, ideas and futuristic concepts could be legitimised under the name of medicine, thus giving the doctrine a tag of positive advancement.

The term 'progressive' continually being coined which parallels the Socialist 'progressive' tag, which really means a total control agenda of every human being with mass murder and population reduction being legitimised under the lying cloak of addressing 'Climate Change.'

It was also the object of the social planners to connect the academia of universities with the medical doctors and finally with government, who could enact legislation on behalf of the Academic propagators who are intent on certain outcomes for humanity.

The moral question of who has control of life is the centre of the Bioethics doctrine. Originally and correctly resting in the power of the Individual, the transfer is on to the ruling elite - the Technocrats under the cloke of 'Health Care.'

Academics publish journals to get publicist, often presenting alarming positions and ideas. These ideas are then discussed in the media with a slant towards the most favourable of outcomes presented, then finally the general population gets fed a few crumbs of the best sounding lines.

This process of Bioethics has taken the care of humanity out of the hands of Individuals and their choice of Health Care providers and given this responsibility into the hands of Systemically controlled Doctors, Professors, Scientists and Academics.

As a recent example; a journal publicly calling that babies should be able to be killed up to three years old etc, or the propagation of voluntary euthanasia at any age, even advocating that Granny should be killed via death panels among media was joked about but now is being accepted. You can see the subtle angle deployed in this conversation. Where the young are appealed to; with the trade off between a cranky old grandmother and ten or more 'progressive' teachers. This is the psychological manipulation of society being played out. All the young 'progressives' will clap and applaud the benefit of 'better education' over caring for a terminally ill elderly person. "The future", and the economic trade off is invoked as the lever to get the population on side.

When the government is paying for all medical and 'health care', it follows that government will have control of who lives and who does not. Life becomes a commodity, every life has a dollar value placed upon it. In other words if a person from a lower class is dying and the operation costs $2,000 and that same money can employ a government paid nurse for 2 weeks then it is not worth saving. The trade off is that nurse can look after more people in two weeks than one life is worth.

For example in the US under the new Obamacare legislation it is proposed that care be allocated according to a persons usefulness to society; one of its core components is a 'cost/benefit board' which will be able to refuse care to elderly patients.

In an article in Newsweek, the push is on to allow a panel of experts make all the decisions for your health care: "But how do you decide which treatments to cut out? How do you choose between the necessary and the unnecessary? There has been talk among experts and lawmakers of giving more power to a panel of government experts to decide—Britain has one, called the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence."

Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, the brother of White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, sits on the Council. Under the rubric of “social justice,” Emanuel advocates denying medical care to patients who are no longer “participating citizens,” that is to say people who are considered useless eaters by the state. “Unlike allocation by sex or race, allocation by age is not invidious discrimination,” writes Emanuel, “every person lives through different life stages rather than being a single age. Even if 25-year-olds receive priority over 65-year-olds, everyone who is 65 years now was previously 25 years.”

As we consider this question we see that the Social Planners are actively comparing lower class value with upper class value. Which comes back to DNA and genetics which was started by Francis Galton and Darwin in their invention of Eugenics. This doctrine which began with the Eugenics society and has morphed into the 'Population Council' - then to the Bioethics doctrine, to eugenics and crypto eugenics.

Denying medical care to patients is not a recent phenomenon. Wesley J. Smith, an award winning author and a Senior Fellow in Human Rights and Bioethics at the Discovery Institute, has written extensively about “Bio ethicists and others among the medical intelligentsia” who have rationalized denying medical care to “dependent people and the growing number of our elderly.” Smith documents how the “bioethics movement” has successfully changed the classification for human care to medical care and in the process has paved the way for denial of health care and the establishment of death panels.

The idea that the fittest should survive, may seem appropriate in the mind that holds that Darwin's concept of Evolution is absolute truth and applies equally to humans as to animals. The question arises in a society that is fast becoming economically driven - Who decides?

Names such as Charles Darwin and Francis Galton believed that their bloodlines were well placed to make these decisions for humanity, despite the fact that their own offspring were plagued by deformities due to inbreeding within the family.

The eugenics movement was born out of a British tradition of a superior human, therefore lower forms contaminate the gene pool. The study of genetics, and of DNA are all being promoted as the answer for humanity. The answer to the eradication of disease, hunger, deformities and even death is being propagated through the doctrine of Bioethics.

Futuristic projections are that the market will decide. In other words you will be able to purchase implants - synthetic genes pre or post birth and the rest will live with what they can afford - nothing. The lower class will not be able to mix or breed with the upper class. This is eugenics doctrine.

We can see today that society is already well placed to accept all these proposals. They have been prepared through Hollywood and the multitude of Science Futuristic films that have stimulated the minds of the current and next generations into thinking that a manipulated robotic humanity is necessary for the survival of the species, when exactly the opposite is true.

Society is being prepared for this future through as mentioned Hollywood and the media in general. A bright future of an extended life free of disease is presented as available to everyone if the Bio ethicist can have their way. The public is led to believe that bioethics is the key to good health and a prosperous future.

What the public are not told is that behind it all is the real notion and the real intent that the Technocrats will decide who lives, who will get this miraculous life extension technology? It will be the ruling class that decide for all of humanity.

A picture is being painted for the world every day about where we should be going. Science and medical research personal are wheeled out to paint the picture, of a future without cancer, without, hunger, disease, blindness and poverty and all this will be made possible via the experimentation of DNA and genetics in a science laboratory.
The notion that the 'Priesthood' alone understand the mysteries of life and our salvation must be handed to them in order for them to practice their art of the manipulation of the human gene pool and the family of the human being. This is the technocracy of the 20th century.

Memory modification is being prompted as being a blessing to society. Such things as erasing bad memory etc. This manipulation of memory can potentially lead to the erasing of moral values as we will see is the true aim of the Technocrats.

This is the aim of the enemy of all freedom, Lucifer that there is no moral compass. While Yahweh gave us his laws and instructions to show us and educate us as to what morals are, the enemies of Righteousness are advocating drug manipulation of humanity to make us all drones with no Individuality, no Individual characteristics, but all compliant drones and slaves to a Scientific Dictatorship.

Oxford professor Julian Savulescu writes:
“Fluoridation is the tip of the enhancement iceberg. Science is progressing fast to develop safe and effective cognitive enhancer's, drugs which will improve our mental abilities. For years, people have used crude enhancer's, usually to promote wakefulness, like nicotine, caffeine and amphetamines. A new generation of more effective enhancer's is emerging modafenil, ritalin, Adderral and ampakines and the piracetam family of memory improvers.”

But once highly safe and effective cognitive enhancer's are developed – as they almost surely will be – the question will arise whether they should be added to the water, like fluoride, or our cereals, like folate. It seems likely that widespread population level cognitive enhancement will be irresistible.

Decision of life should not lie with a group of men, doctors, scientists and academics. Legislature should not be the answer for life, freedom of the Individual should be the answer. While the state being the final arbitrator will appeal to the Socialist Green mentality a further trap is being laid for the Liberal minded. The market will decide.

'The Market' that central pillar of Liberal thinking will be propagated as the answer, and is being sold today and this will play into the hands of the affluent and upper classes of society who can afford buy what the market offers.

Genes as science is debatable. Bioethics has not solved any disease through gene technology. It is always sold as always being on the verge of discovery of a great technology.

Experiments are being carried out today on humanity. Insiders have spoken about humanity being used in covert experiments continually. Armed forces worldwide are used as test cases for new vaccine technology. Just look at the records of returned servicemen and their subsequent disease and death records, and it is obvious that the 'Gulf War' syndrome is Bio ethic experimentation of humanity.

There is one aspect of this subject that Bio ethicist never mention, and that is the ability of humanity to choose. We are sold that humanity = DNA and Genes? But the power of the will is never mentioned.

Social planners are propagating through Hollywood, the Arts, Science, and Medical Research that disease, sickness, character traits, habits, drug addictions, tendencies of crime, life choices and ultimately death are all a consequence of our DNA.

Acts of criminality are blamed on genes through media, as a reason for crime and death. Conservative talk back radio frequently plays into the hands of the gamers in this area. Often describing the relatives of criminals as a blight on society and who would want them. So the planners through media and Hollywood steer society to alter perception. This is the real object of planners through the media.

The will is the governing power in the mind of man, the power of choice. You can choose what food you will eat today, which will have a direct impact on your health. You can choose what liquid you will drink today which will have a direct impact on your health.

Man can choose his life destiny, you can choose today your life destiny. The true God of creation,- Yahweh, who alone can create the human family offers you the power choice today.

The choice is clear.

You can submit to the power of the Beast as outlined in the Bioethics Agenda, the agenda of the manipulation of humanity, the amalgamation of man and beast, population reduction and death. You can submit to allow the Beast to remove your conscience, your moral code (known as conscious) as given by God, you can allow this beast to take away your ability to think clearly as an Individual creation of Yahweh.

Or you can join with your Creator Yahweh, in promoting health, life, happiness, freedom, truth, purity, love, joy, peace and eternal life through him. He awaits your decision.
